2 things that make us Human: Creativity and Compassion.

Creativity: The word is so overused sheesh, but we want to do justice to the true essence of what it means. What makes us Human is our ability to be creative; we are the only creatures capable of breaking patterns,and coming up with things entirely fresh from our imagination. Even within the confines of a finite garment, lies boundless creative potential. We want to truly expand the meaningfulness of art through fashion- starting with something as simple as “t-shirts” (cuz we’re broke, but we’re expanding lol, stay tuned). We want to encourage and exercise creative exchange because art connects us and creativity fuels that connection. What better pursuit on this planet than to spread and engage in what makes us uniquely “human”?

Compassion: Ah, the delicate dance between humanity and our planet. Humans are capable of either uplifting or destroying the earth with our “creative” endeavours. But our passion for creativity should never have to suffocate the earth because the truth is; there is no art without empathy, no creation without kindness. You will notice that EVERYTHING that FLAWNING does, from production to packaging to marketing, is steeped in sustainability and love for our planet. Plus being sustainable gets you bitches, so don’t be a loser.
